How do I enroll in or cancel auto-renewal of my magicJack service?

How Does Auto-Renew Work?

With auto-renew, your magicJack service will automatically renew for another year at the end of each subscription term, using the credit card saved to your account.

You’ll receive an email notification near the end of each service term containing the low rate for another year of magicJack service, as well as the date by which you would need to cancel if you do not wish to continue your service or if you want to opt-out of auto-renew.

If your credit card on file is expired, we will notify you in advance so that you can safely and securly update the information on file before your service expires.

Once your renewal has been processed, you will receive a confirmatory email.

How Do I Enroll in Auto-Renew?

To enroll in auto-renew:

  1. Click here to log in to your magicJack account using the box on the right-hand side of your screen. By using this link, you will be automatically directed to the auto-renew page once signed in. Alternatively, log in to my.magicJack.com and navigate to Account > AutoRenew.
  2. Click the toggle to enable auto-renew for your magicJack device and phone number.
  3. If you do not have a credit card currently on file, or if it is expired, you can update your billing information.

How Do I Cancel Auto-Renew?

To cancel auto-renew:

  1. Click here to log in to your magicJack account using the box on the right-hand side of your screen. By using this link, you will be automatically directed to the auto-renew page once signed in. Alternatively, log in to my.magicJack.com and navigate to Account > AutoRenew.
  2. Click the toggle to disable auto-renew for your magicJack device and phone number.
