What If My magicJack Stops Working?

Your magicJack device is warranteed against component defects for one year after purchase. Should you experience a technical problem with your device during the warranty period, and we determine you need a replacement, we will ship you a replacement device upon payment of a warranty processing fee in the amount of $13.95 to valid US addresses. For Canadian addresses, an additional $3.00 shipping fee will be assessed.

For devices outside of the one year warranty, but still under an active license period, the cost of a replacement device is $24.95 when shipped to a valid US address. For Canadian addresses, an additional $3.00 shipping fee will be assessed.

What If I Lose or Break My magicJack?

To replace a lost, stolen, or broken device:

  1. Log in to the my.magicjack.com portal using the email address and password you used when you registered your magicJack.
  2. Under the Account tab, click Warranty Replacement.
  3. Follow the prompts to purchase a replacement device.

For devices still within the one year warranty, you will be able to purchase a replacement device for $13.95 to valid US addresses. For Canadian addresses, an additional $3.00 shipping fee will be assessed.

For devices outside of the one year warranty, but still under an active license period, the cost for a replacement device will be $24.95 when shipped to a valid US address. For Canadian addresses, an additional $3.00 shipping fee will be assessed.

Replacement Device Activation and Service

When you receive your replacement device, plug it in to your computer and you will be prompted to select the device you wish to replace. Your remaining time and telephone number will automatically transfer.

Replacement devices do not include additional license time.
