What is magicJack Concierge?

magicJack Concierge is an enhanced support offering that includes:

  • Premium phone support
  • Discounted device replacement costs:
    • Replacement of device within one year: $9.95 + shipping and handling
    • Replacement of device outside of one year: $17.95 + shipping and handling

How much does magicJack Concierge cost?

magicJack Concierge service costs $11.99 for 1 year, or $24.99 for 3 years.

magicJack Concierge is effective from date of purchase, regardless of service term associated with the selected device.

How do I contact Premium Support?

You can find the phone number to contact Premium Support in your my.magicJack.com portal:

  1. Log in to the my.magicJack.com portal.
  2. If you are not automatically redirected to the Concierge page upon sign-in, hover over the Account menu, and select Concierge Subscription from the drop-down menu.
  3. The Contact Support column will indicate the Premium Support phone number.

The hours of operation for Premium Support are as follows:

  • Monday – Friday: 10AM – 8 PM ET
  • Saturday and Holidays10AM – 4PM ET
  • Sunday: Closed

How do I purchase magicJack Concierge?

  1. Log in to the my.magicJack.com portal.
  2. If you are not automatically redirected to the Concierge page upon sign-in, hover over the Account menu, and select Concierge Subscription from the drop-down menu.
  3. Under Status, click Buy Subscription.

  1. Select the desired plan duration.
  2. Click Continue to Billing.

  1. Enter your billing information.
  2. Click Review Order.

  1. Click Complete Order.

  1. Click the Click Here to Activate button.

  1. Read and accept the Terms of Service.
  2. Click Activate Service.

Don’t forget to accept the Terms of Service in order to activate your magicJack Concierge service – failure to do so within 7 days will result in the cancellation of your order. Your credit card will not be charged prior to acceptance.

How do I know if I have magicJack Concierge service or when it expires?

  1. Log in to the my.magicJack.com portal.
  2. If you are not automatically redirected to the Concierge page upon sign-in, hover over the Account menu, and select Concierge Subscription from the drop-down menu.
  3. The Status column will indicate the status of your subscription, including the expiration date.

Are there any limitations?

  • You must agree to the magicJack Concierge Terms of Service in order to activate and utilize the service.
  • We reserve the right to terminate your use of magicJack Concierge service in certain extraneous circumstances, including:
    • Intentional misuse.
    • Your use of Premium Support is extraordinarily greater than the average magicJack Concierge customer.
    • You contact us for greater than four separate issues in any month.
    • You contact us more than eight instances in any month.
