What do the lights on my magicJack mean? Should they be flashing?

The lights on the magicJack device vary by device and configuration, please locate the name of your device below for further information.

magicJack GO/Express

You should see two blue lights (one solid, one blinking) on the top of the magicJack that indicates that the magicJack is properly receiving power. If you do not see a blue light on the top of your device it is not receiving power. Please check the connection between your magicJack and the power source (power outlet or computer).

When the magicJack is connected to your modem or router you should also see a solid and a blinking light next to where the Ethernet cable is plugged into the magicJack. These indicate that you have a proper internet connection, if these lights are solid or off you may be having a connection problem between the magicJack and your router.
