Can my magicApp account be used on multiple mobile devices (ex: phone, tablet, iPod)?

Only one instance of the app can be active at a time per magicJack device, with a maximum of 5 active apps per account. To log in to the app on a different phone or tablet, please first log out of the app on the phone or tablet you no longer wish to use.

Please note that the phone(s)/tablet(s) being utilized must all be running the same mobile operating system family (for example, they must all be running Apple’s iOS or all running Android). Mixed environments are not currently supported. If you would like to switch from one operating system family to another, please contact our support team for assistance.
