Why doesn’t my additional year of service show in my account?

For renewals processed through our Rapid Renew service or through the portal:

Your renewal should be reflected immediately. If this is not the case, please contact our Customer Care team for further assistance.

For renewal cards and codes purchased elsewhere online and through retail stores:

You will receive an e-mail shortly after redemption with a code for your additional year(s).

Once you have your code, click here and log into your account using the e-mail address and password you used when you registered your magicJack. You can then enter the code in the box to update your account. Your code is valid for one use and is non-transferable.
